Are you sure those weren't for 2 x Wheel of Fortune spins? There wouldn't be any results out from yesterday's session yet. I'm still waiting on the one before that.

I haven't even mentioned them yet to anyone here (3 other adults).  I don't think the potential rewards for us will be worth any *actual* inconvenience, and they're not really big on 'saving the planet' particularly. 

Just hoping that turning off the heating is an easy win - well, the actual energy saving is, regardless of the baseline and financial rewards.  Yesterday it was running at 1.8kW then went down to the 400s of Watts from turning the heating off, so whilst not massive in itself it's something reasonable I can do without inconveniencing anyone to help out and reduce the demand at that time. 

I didn't go back to put the heating back on until 6.30pm and we'd lost 1℃ in those two hours, so not too terrible considering how cold it was out.  I actually only turned it down to 16℃ this time in case it did get cold, and it still would have been a reduced demand if it had to run.  Just less reduced.

Oooh that's cool!  Ours looks spot on for the first session, although I guess the accuracy of subsequent ones depend on whether it accounts for not including the session days in the baseline.

If it did this it would underestimate your baseline and hence your true figures should be better. Due to the way I load-shifted (all into the half hour before each event), I don't think I'll see any appreciable difference either way.

I must admit, I'm not feeling the thrill when the baselines are essentially random and the notice so short that I can't arrange anything, especially with little children in the house.
