    Less than 50Wh.
  • 150Wh it's always that over 90mins we leave the fridge freezer on indoors, the external freezer, router and nest WiFi and a few other things that have digital clocks.

Exported 2.76kwh from the battery. Was a cold sunny day here so got a good input from the solar and topped up with the import.  Probably imported about the same amount as we exported to top up the battery. Imported 5.16kwh today, but some of that was overnight after the battery was depleted.

I'm getting resistance, almost hostility, from Mrs Q about these saving sessions. I think she sees it as me trying to interfere with her comfort and convenience, because I'm a tight git.
Tell her helping to save the planet can be slightly inconvenient at times but future generations will be grateful for her sacrifices.

  • Ex hubby popped round (got the house back for anyone that followed now deleted posts and no longer in a flat) he's shown me how to set the batteries to export during these sessions but he's not getting back into the bedroom for that.

He suggested we could export 6-8kwh in 1.5 hours for £24+ each session does that sound right?

Yes if you have a big bad boy inverter with a decent discharge rate. My inverter only exports up to 3kwh so the most I could ever do is 4.5kwh in 90 mins if nothing else whatsoever is drawing power from the battery.
What battery and inverter do you have?

Just found out about this service/app, others may find it useful to get an early indication on what they might end up with results wise: -

Very nice. Coming out at just over £11 across the two previous sessions for me, which I think is pretty good for import only savings.

Glad it's not just me on the receiving end then! My wife offered to give me the £4 personally but I said that's not the point!
