I had this issue and I reported it to Octopus - they claimed that I had reported their emails as spam - I am now getting the emails again since then. There was a period of time a year or so back when it was way too easy to report an email as spam by mistake on an IOS device when you were actually just trying to delete the mail so that’s probably what happened.

The sun, obligingly, mostly stayed hidden, so not too much PV "wasted". Car has got a few more miles in it, the heating part of a wash cycle is done and I am much refreshed and more fragrant after a nice hot shower after coming in sweaty from the gardening.

Just over 8kWh used here, despite the sun trying to spoil things by shining on my panels 😄
Most of it went into my son's PHEV, the rest into my HW tank for a mid-afternoon shower after DIY.
