Anyone had a notification from Octopus via the App or email yet? I got the WhatsApp one, but nothing from the app and no email. Pretty sure I didn't last time either.0

I am not allowed to take part this year because you have to have a direct debit. Bit sneaky really.Cant be for no other reason other than to control your finances.Always been in at least £200 credit and got smart meters.

Don't forget that also means variable in full direct debit so you only pay for what you use that month so no shenanigans in that. It's what we are on.
They can set it up instantly like like with a quick message.2 -
