    I don't understand why they don't advertise these by email, considering all the other emails they send out.

    Posted this on the other thread, no app notifications for either saving session here and they don't do email notifications this year? Only way to reliably find out is WhatsApp.  Add to that the website and app has basically been useless all evening.

    It all worked really well last year, however so far this winter Octopus really seem to be struggling with it.

    The sheer number of customers but this is a good test.

    Imagine the events where we only get an hour's notice

    I got the app notification about an hour ago, long after I'd signed up after hearing about it here.

    They said they'd only send out e-mails for people who don't have the app.  Don't know if anyone here can verify whether that's happened or not?

    Website worked fine for me at about 6pm. I logged in, went to the Octoplus page and registered for tomorrow's session without a problem. Took seconds.
