Have to say I liked the idea - not my cup of tea personally but it’s something a bit fun and unique while being very on brand for Octopus.

No obligation on anyone to join but there was a decent set of prizes for those who did, and for those who don’t wish to partake there’s plenty more that Octopus has to offer. The free weekly Greggs has certainly been going down a treat!

I don't go turning off consumer units that seems a bit OTT but each to their own. I think we were running about 300w - thats still with a wine fridge / beer fridge / fridge freezer / wifi and a light on.....oh and if the boiler fired up the fan for that - remember it's a comparison and don't use the big stuff......

It was worth joining in, would we do it everytime....no probably not.

Ooooh yeah the free Gregg's has been great and because Mrs MFB has an O2 SIM I get a free bacon roll this morning from Greggs as well 🤣

Six o'clock for half an hour again. Just got the email.

Session confirmed for 18:00 to 18:30 this evening, but the requirement is even less than yesterday. We now have to wait and see if Octopus's bid is successful - should know in an hour or so.

I got 80 points (10p) was yesterday's half hour.

I think the novelty is starting to wear off for me.

I got 18 pence (144 points). Shouldn't be too many more this time so I'll stick with it.

I got £1.85 by exporting. My base figure is low at the moment as we've been running off battery at that time slot for the past few days now we're on Agile.

Not sure if we'll bother tonight, oven normally goes on at 6pm on Friday.  See how OH feels.
