The only one I pay for is Google Gemini on the Plus tier. Mostly good but it can go down dead ends of incredible stupidity and refuse to do something it was happily doing previously. Usually starting a new chat fixes things.
The free versions of ChatGPT and Claude are OK for occasional usage but you soon hit the usage limits.
Copilot for work (it's the only one we are allowed to use). Fine in the Microsoft ecosystem but fairly limited for anything else.
