Hi everyone, 

Today
Get dressed
Feed the animals
Collect DS from drama group
Take and collect kids from pony club
Do some of the ironing pile
Finish writing up uni notes. 
Pay the heating oil bill 
Deal with the Mr T order
Look at the finances for this month
Make a festive food list
Do preventative treatment for the cat
Make a start on ordering festive food (Note to self - this really needs to get done as running out of time)
Order animal feed and bedding.
Ask DH to check over the car for next week as got a lot of driving to do. 

Think that is everything that I need to get completed today. Hope everyone has a lovely Saturday.

My perseverance this morning- supported by flylady vibes which kept me at it even though I was 182nd in the queue!!! - paid off. Revised bill has been received. 

I'm dressed. I've fed the birds, put out the rubbish and recycling, second load is swishing,  first load is draped on the airer, and I've DUPA yesterday's pots that were WULTD. 

Rang Pops to see if he was in for a visitor. Nope, he's in Barnsley! And he's out tomorrow too. What's at Barnsley,  I wonder?

Hi everyone, apologies for being absent this week.  It has been an doozy of a week which included me having to take a day off work - I needed a mental health day which isn't an option so I made up an excuse.  My lovely OH has a drink problem and after the week that was he has finally decided to go to an AA meeting tonight.  That about sums it all up.  So not much housework done during the week.  Today I have done 2 loads of washing and I will do an iroing shortly the a quick clean of the loo and kitchen, everywhere else will do.

I am having another break due to two plates of leftovers....stuffed and tired now!!!

Checked my bank statement - now filed.

I hope this starts the pathway to sobriety.. it can be done. AA has helped so many people regain control of their lives.. I truly hope this is the new start for you both Both my mother and MIL had problems with alcohol..Other family members also have issues and my SIL is drowning herself.. so while my experience is different I can empathise.. so huge hugs and know we are all here whenever you need us (((hugs)))

started a new knitting project because I can never finish anything.

I'm off to my next but there are pink panther wafers on offer, hot chocolate and nice camomile tea.. enjoy See you in a few hours..

Morning all.  Rosie got me up at 3.30 because she needed to go out, and I haven't been back to sleep since, Grrrr!

Just wanted to say that I have used the extra time wisely and sent out all the Flylady Secret Santa details to each Santa on my list. If you thought you had signed up but haven't received a message from me, please ask me to check.

I have also ordered meds, sent a couple of emails, and sorted a few more photos (these are getting tedious - I must find a better way of archiving them).

Hope everyone has a restful day.  Big (((hugs))) all round, but especially to asb and allie xxx

Oh my goodness things are tough around here, maybe a static caravan with ASB is not a bad idea.  Speaking of ASB, just remember your old life love, how you have changed it and what a great example you are to your kids.  You made some really big brave decisions on your own and I have a lot of respect for you.  Definitely get help from the doc if you need to but be kind to yourself, life is not easy.

So.  Interesting day yesterday.  DH is really struggling with pain and fatigue and the consultant has pretty much given up on him, so he felt ill but came with DS1, DS1, Dss GF and myself to the big city for lunch.  Lunch was nice but DS1 got very very drunk.  This is an indication of his mental health and his worries about his Crohns/cancer which he refuses to discuss. 

GF did not know how to deal with DS1.  DS2 started to get annoyed with him and things were getting tense.  DH felt ill.  I was trying to get everyone out of a stupidly busy pub and home. 

Then we had this family party where I was tempted to get steaming drunk and forget it all but DS1 was sobering up and subdued and DS2 was a bit lost because he is out of touch with his cousins, and DH was still feeling poorly. 

Everyone stayed here so are still in bed, I am at work later organising a Remembrance Day service where I have to deal with a very annoying colleague who wants to take charge and override me to make herself look important. 

Flying?  Yes it does need to happen but probably won't.
