I'm up, made my bed, and made a brew. 

For a while now I've been afraid of falling because I thought that I wouldn't be able to get back up. And I've been thinking of experimenting to see if I could or couldn't get up once down. This morning I bit the bullet. I got out of bed and sat down on the floor. (Turns out that getting down's not as easy as it used to be either). And......getting up? oh sugar. First try - not happening. Slight panic as I obviously hadn't thought this through properly! (Visions of being stuck there forever). But I managed to get up by kneeling and pushing up on my bed. Phew! So I now have two options. 1. Take my bed everywhere I go or 2. Lose weight and do leg strengthening exercises. So.... I'm going to need a bigger car 🤣. Joking. Obvs. Time to get serious about my health. Why am I telling you this? Because you are the best support network ❤ And breathe. 

Also I don't know what to do with BG. They overestimated my gas meter reading when they changed account systems in August. I phoned them and gave them the correct reading, received an amended bill and paid it. But. They are still working from their overestimated reading. Do I pay their recent guesstimated bill knowing that I'm going to use the gas over the winter and when they eventually read the meter it will come right? (They won't accept my own meter reading online because it's still less than they estimated in August!!!!)

Let it go. Let it go. It's because I read my work emails last night. And wound myself up. Now everything is too much.

Round, send them another meter reading inc a photo, moan like hell on FB or insta, see if there if a BG rep on this site maybe the energy section who you can pm and get help, other than that change to Octopus, via a referal code   a quick trip to google has brought this up:-

Kitchen is done

Chilli for dinner tonight, already made just got to do the rice.

Last day of poppies today, yesterday as 'interesting' a local 'herb' usage person stood next to me early on, chatting to me about getting a baseball bat and then comiong to stand next to me for the rest of the day, incase any of the London protesters came for me or to get me, he would batter them with said baseball bat, I pointed out that would not help and it would be better to call the police / get into a local shop out the way, but was very very unlikely to happen anyway, so the conversation went on, in the end I managed to convince him to go for a walk to the beach and go and look at the lifeboat...............thank goodness he wandered off, and didn't come back.!

Send them a carefully composed email, to the address Kaz found, giving your clear readings on clear dates. You work hard for your money, it’s not theirs by right it’s yours!! If you want me to look at the email first by all means PM it to me for a look over and I will happily inject extra assertiveness as necessary

Not much to report here. I will be seeking a doctors appointment next week because my anxiety is crippling me, well and truly. I am so close to giving up the farm because it’s just too much, but I KNOW that my brain is skew whiffed on this point and deep down I am
fine. I don’t want to move AGAIN and I adore the animals. It’s just been a bit too much in recent weeks.

I phoned BG because website says tis open on Saturdays 9 - 5. Closed. I went online to my account. Waited in line for a Chat Advisor....I was 182nd in the queue to begin with. Manil came on and didn't get anywhere so passed across to Viresh. Looking into it. Over an hour on this chat thingy and just as we seemed to be getting somewhere I was logged out. And breathe.

Photo will be taken of current meter reading. Email will be composed and sent. That £100 is quite happy in my bank thank you very much. Aaaaaarrrrggggghhhhh. 

I need a wee. TMI.

Then I'll get dressed.

asb - anxiety is a !!!!!! isn't it? Don't make any hasty decisions. You've come so far. You can do this. Do you have SAD? That skewhiffs muchly. Hugs xxx

Round.. I would manually input the correct reading once a month and they do eventually get the message.. there is nothing they can do if they have over estimated and you don't pay it.. they have to prove you owe it in order to do anything.. You can request they come out and do a meter read which might be useful in the first instance.. but input the correct reading, then get on the webchat and request they do a manual reading and update the current reading.. they usually ask you to give a reading while you are on the webchat and work from that. I wouldn't be stressing over it there is so much which has to happen before they can legally do anything.

ASB... look after yourself first.. (Hark at the hypocrasy over here!!).. We are no use to anyone if we fall flat.. If I could come help I would be there in a flash.. I have a very helpful large offsprung who would love helping too.. you might need to get us a static caravan on site and employ us as helpers on a rota! .. I am glad you are seeking assistance xx .. Squeak just got her anxiety pre-appointment forms for CBT so that's our next job.. much loves xx

2 WM's doing a rinse cycle.. then I can get those washing.. I have a basket full OH can hang out when he gts back.. it is SK bedding so hge.. and it is much easier for him.. plus it aggravates my reynauds this time of year so I will load the DW and break my back and he can do that.

Swimming bag sorted.

I have not done boogs laundry.. it has been sat there stinking for 3 weeks now. I haven't been asked to do it, nor has any attempt been made to do it themself.. at 24 I am not asking the earth!

Afternoon all xx
I haven'r caught up on thread yet, but, I have:
Stripped the bed
First load of washing on the line, second in the wash
Cleared and cleaned nearly half the kitchen worktops, plus tiles and extracror fan ( that was shameful!!!)
Taken and picked up the dog from the groomers (nice and smart, (if his ears are a bit short ) and he smells better)
Put the hoover around the living and kitchen.

Didn't get round to cleaning the floors while he was out as the extracor fan needed doing.

5 minute rest, then to take second load out of the machine and put door mats in for a quickie!!!

Use the app.. even if you get logged out, the chat can just be picked up again.. I've had conversations spread over days on there. I just said.. I don't owe it, I'm not paying.. this is my reading.. do with it as you wish but I will not be hundreds in credit because you're not willing to do your job' ... I am currently with OVO.. no issues YET.. UW were horrific, Shell extortionate as were BG and most of the big ones.. customer service aat scottish power was horrendous and in 3 months they sent 7 ever increasing bills.. so I left.. Octopus wanted to charge me 4x what everyone else did as a 'budget plan' over £1000 a month!!!! It was about £500 last i checked but in the last year I averaged about £360 a month so still not at a truthful rate.

ASB, Anxiety is awful x The doctor gave me AD....no thanks, I got an (actual!!!) herbal product from B@@ts as I'm putting mine down to the menopause x
