Regarding the West Brom, as they restricted online applications on Saturday to just a handful of local postal districts for their Winter Saver, I think we will need to be really lucky, or West Brom really desperate, to see another RS from them at that rate anytime soon.

You maybe ok, as branch opening applications are not restricted.

For anyone who has a Principality account, when you go to log in you are confronted with what I can only describe as an image of a grumpy looking mirror.

It can't be THAT so what the heck is it????

…it could indeed be mistaken for a 'grumpy mirror' (when in reality, I think it is a very basic scribble of a person looking in a mirror….maybe sorting their hair for the profile pic they are thinking of taking…..or pulling it out when once again their log in code hasn't reached their mobile).

The first thing I noticed was the 'mouth' giving the appearance of a grimace, its only now you've mentioned a head and shoulders I can see that.

Its obvious what it is.

It's a marketing trick to get people on forums discussing the subject resulting in others logging into their website to see what all the fuss is about. A few squiggles and they generate a whole bunch of new customers for very little effort !

It has been there for months with nobody commenting here, so possibly hasn't been the best of marketing tricks. 😉

There is another version where the three lines forming the eyes are missing - I've a feeling that one started appearing on the logout page a couple of months after the "grumpy mirror" first appeared there.
