Some institutions book the interest a few days in advance and in my 10+ years experience with Leeds it has always done this. If you withdraw all your money now there should be an adjustment either this month or next.ircE said:I've just noticed Leeds BS has paid me interest on my Access Saver, dated for 31st May. Not sure why they felt the need to pay early given the 31st is a normal working day, but not a problem.1 -
Just been into Barclays to ask if the Blue Rewards rolls over or I have to redo it like Halifax rewards and she said it just continues but there might be some changes coming towards the end of the year and I would receive a letter, she wouldn’t say what they were though, anyone any ideas?0

Reinstating full-fat Disney+ would be nice.pokemaster said:Just been into Barclays to ask if the Blue Rewards rolls over or I have to redo it like Halifax rewards and she said it just continues but there might be some changes coming towards the end of the year and I would receive a letter, she wouldn’t say what they were though, anyone any ideas?1 -
Isn't that Club Lloyds?

I was being generally whimsical - but you are absolutely right.pokemaster said:Isn't that Club Lloyds?1 -
It most definitely ispokemaster said:Isn't that Club Lloyds?1 -
It's funny how their radio advert highlights the Disney+ perk, but fails anywhere in the voiceover to indicate that it is the basic "standard with ads" £4.99 package, which does not allow downloads.pokemaster said:Isn't that Club Lloyds?
I shall not be renewing this "perk' in October, and shall end up paying for the package I require again.
See then if it is worth still being a Club Lloyds member.1 -
Monmouthshire BS sent me my annual savings statement and have added a line about the mobile app which "will launch later this year", including the ability to open new accounts.Anyone know if these statements need to be posted physically, or if I can ask Monmouthshire to send digital statements only in the future?I no longer check the forums as regularly as I used to. If you wish to catch my attention please remember to tag me (@ircE) so I get a notification.2

No idea about statements but glad to read Monmouthshire are carrying on with doing more things digitally following on from not issuing cheques and putting money straight into people's accounts.ircE said:Monmouthshire BS sent me my annual savings statement and have added a line about the mobile app which "will launch later this year", including the ability to open new accounts.Anyone know if these statements need to be posted physically, or if I can ask Monmouthshire to send digital statements only in the future?
An app should be good.0 -
AFAIK they'll only send out the annual statements on paper. Having said that Monmouthshire will let you generate a PDF statement in online banking, complete with name and address already so it does seem a tad unnecessary to send a paper statement annually. I'll telephone them later to see if they can disable the annual statement.ircE said:Monmouthshire BS sent me my annual savings statement and have added a line about the mobile app which "will launch later this year", including the ability to open new accounts.Anyone know if these statements need to be posted physically, or if I can ask Monmouthshire to send digital statements only in the future?1
