I have asked UC and they said that they dont issue the payment and if you are eligible then its automatic and to see Gov.uk for more info so I'm guessing anyone who said they got told when they get theirs is on Jobseekers or something else. Because I dont have a personal advisor due to being Ill0

I wouldn't put it past work coaches to make something up just to get people to stop asking, but accusing members of this forum who have posted their personal experience is not on.3 -
Yeh I see that now just got in a tantrum for 5 minutes when I put that0

But when I asked through my UC journal on Friday I got a reply from someone in the service centre saying that I was eligible and will be in my account on Tuesday.

Yeah your probably right about that but hopefully payments will be in tomorrow save us the hassle of having to chase it up after the 19th.1

But when I asked through my UC journal on Friday I got a reply from someone in the service centre saying that I was eligible and will be in my account on Tuesday."I checked the payment system and your £300 cost of living payment has been issued and due to credit your account tomorrow 7th November."
I was concerned because I expected the last batch of payments today and then at that point over 99% of people would have been paid and you have no idea when youll be paid. They say by the 19th but given you were for some reason not included in the main payment batches who knows if it will turn up and you have to wait 2 weeks just to submit the claim.
Good news though for those still waiting who haven't been given a payment date is that DWP didnt issue a payment udpate today meaning for some reason they didnt make any payments today. Given myself and at least one other person have been told they are getting paid tomorrow Im assuming the last batch is tomorrow so hopefully everybody not paid yet will be paid tomorrow.
Aquapara Im hoping youll get the money overnight but if you dont go back in your journal and tell them other people were told whether their payment had been processed yet and when it will hit their accounts and youd like to be provided the same info. Good luck alll those still waiting.1 -
It maybe that it is only once the payment has been processed that it is noted on UCSo , unless the payment has been processed to be issued it won’t show. That would explain how they were able to say it would be in the bank the next day but would not know of when payment would be made if it has not been processed and entered on the system yet.1
