Good Morning,
I have now received the following letter. I am not sure that I have done this correctly as it is from Coventry county Court which is not my local council. Will I be able to change this to my local court or will I have to travel to Coventry? It does not confirm a date or time for me to attend court either and I have not received anything else as of yet.
I know I now have to prepare my witness statement and I know there are examples of these that I can read through for guidance but I can’t seem to find them. Can you supply links please?
Any other guidance on what I should do next would be appreciated.

Look again at your Notice of Allocation.On the second page, is there not a paragraph something like:Each party must deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than [ . . . ] [14 days before the hearing].Those 'documents on which you intend to rely' are your Witness Statement and evidence.
Coventry is UKPC's local court. It looks like you didn't choose your local court when asked.2 -
Or the CNBC made a mistake. I think UKPC are near High Wycombe.
Did you choose a court starting with 'C' and the CNBC has just hit the wrong one on a long online list? We saw that happen once!

I don’t recall making any selection of a location but if i did it definitely would have been Bristol as that is my nearest. So i need to contact them to get it changed?
Any help with links to witness statements for guidance would be greatly appreciated please0 -
