£1.01 apparently just by delaying dinner for an hour, turning off a few lights, not watching crap on the tv . . .

Earned about £7 last time, should be closer to £30 this time (battery + export). :D

£7.35 on the last one. I'm hoping for around £20+ for tonight.
Plus free electric tomorrow for 2 hours because of the powerup.

Yes I do but I thought this was based on how much  Less leccy you use based on a 6 month average?

It's based on a 10-day average, but if you have the ability to export energy (eg. from solar or [more likely] a battery) you get paid the DFS rates for that too.
So for about £3000 you can buy a home storage battery, then export electricity to the grid at 3kW for 1.5hours. 4.5kWh exported will earn you £18.

Ye I’ve already got the battery - but I’m not sure  that would work for me.

Battery gets recharged every night on 🐙Go and it’s usually pretty empty once the next cheap charging sesh rolls round.

Unless you are saying to set the battery to only
export during the savings session and just use energy at the higher rate as you would get more money for what you export anyway?

Also what’s this power up thing about please?
