    I received their WS after I'd submitted mine. Their one was sent later than the 14 days required prior to the hearing.

    Preliminary matter then at the hearing - strike out the WS as not complying with a court order!

    Unless the 14 days is inclusive of the hearing date, or 14 BEFORE?

    Just raise it.

    Up to the Judge - but my guess is a Judge will normally say you've suffered no disadvantage so let's consider the case.

    They've posted a bundle, saying they won't be attending the hearing. Anyone got experience of this? My WS does refute their arguments.

    They might not attend themselves but will send a rent-a-mouth to act on their behalf.
