    How do I 'serve notice on all parties'?
    That check list you were following when you filed a Defence answers those questions.

    To be fair, it does say return it by email in the guidance, but the actual document itself says send it to X address (includes an address and doesn't even mention an email) so that's why I'm triple checking!

    @stephanieemma, did you file your Defence by email, or did you follow the instructions of the CCBC?

    If the former, what's different this time?

    I've received a reply to my defence from UKPC that actually addresses the original claim (disabled space) - it's quite detailed even when the particulars of claim were not and therefore my defence they replied to didn't actually address this - has anyone come across this before? Does this mean I'm f*cked?
