The CNBC lost all interest in your case once it was transferred to a hearing court.
Forget all about the CNBC.
You should now only be dealing with the hearing court.
Don't forget to send a copy of your Witness Statement and evidence to the Claimant too.
This should help you find an appropriate email address for the court...

Ok - well that's not clear to someone with no experience of the justice system! So the hearing court has no email address to which to submit a witness statement - really?!
Sent to enquiries.xcourt@justice.gov.uk... In 2024 would I really have to print and physically drop this at the court?0 -
Which court did you choose when you submitted your DQ? Did the court finder website already posted not give info about that court email address? Some don't accept a WS greater than 50 pages by email, some do.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Most posters just phone their court and ask.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I was given my selected court and I won't post it here. The above email address is the only one listed for the court. They don't pick up the phone. I have to presume they'll accept this via email as nowhere specifically says it MUST be posted.1

Have UKPC sent you their WS bundle? If not, I reckon they will discontinue.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

They have unfortunately. So looks like they might try to proceed with this one?!0

Who knows? We haven't seen any completed cases yet. They have only just started litigating (new team) and seem to have no idea what they are doing. I'd still expect late discontinuation.
Presumably you responded to the holes in their evidence then, in your WS?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
