Kitchen 99.9% complete, Eco 7 Water Heater slight Disaster taking out Every Power Socket except One Random bedroom Socket!
Thankfully Builder returned to re check their supplied Eco 7 Water Timer to replace original.
Three Concerns
1. Water Timer Doesn't light up as it should Eco 7 times late evening until this morning.
2. Manual Clock states should move as prer Timer (BST) -This hasn't moved since yesterday.
3. Builder chose Their basic Time Model when I had shown a visual example of My Digital App based Preferred model. re checked Same make Add + to Secure 7 for Digi model!

Secure Eco 7 Quartz.
Is it maybe Faulty Battery as suggested in Guide, or is Electrical concerns resurfacing in Kitchen.
Water is Hot this Morning, without any Visual indication if it heated up overnight.
Meanwhile I intend to purchase Digital Timer and possibly another Electrician.

I'd also suggest some filler strip along the top of the units - Horrible nasty dust trap up there.

New Water Controller is using timed mode when switched off?
This is opposite to Instructions which clearly stated Timed position.,,

Water heater switch

In the WATER HEATER OFF position the heaters remain OFF but the clock will

run and the stand-by battery will remain charged. 

In the TIMED position the

over-night immersion heater will be switched ON and OFF at the pre-set times.

Connections for two element system using top

(sink/boost) and bottom (bath/bulk) elements.

See Figs 3 and 4.

I guess Both Live feeds may need swapped around going into back of Unit, if not then Electrics/Boiler parts may need checked.

The boost function on a boiler uses the top immersion heater element
i.e. If Dual Element Line 4 on unit.
Need to re check if Single Element...

Haven't yet rec' Digi Version.

Rogue Wire has been taken away to let latest Manual Timer hopefully work overnight.
Techy wise preference is Digi Version soon.

Hot Water thankfully.
Why does Hot Water Times vary from following SP Eco7 times as per Heating and Smart Rate Change Times.

SP White Meter 1 -this is correct from Bils and Area,

23.00 to 07.30 GMT (i.e. 00.00 to 08.30 BST in summer)

• 23.45 to 08.15 Local Time (i.e. same clock time all year)

• 00.00 to 08.30 Local Time.

Yet knowledegable Electrician was correct in stating Water Timer would go off from 6a.m. approx.

Is Overnight Hot Water Times officially different from Day/Night Rate Times,
