What does this mean! No mention of the MR that I keep requesting! Think I have blanked out correctly.

Just to say I will be contacting my MP on Monday to see what he has to say - it is mad!0

Sorry if Iv've missed it but have you made a complaint?
https://makeacomplaint.dwp.gov.uk/
I have used it once, I wanted a copy of my WCA report, after phoning and also leaving a message on my journal still didn't have it a month later. Filled out a complaint and had phone call next day and got report a few days after that.

Hi, no I have not made a complaint - all I have repeatedly requested is a mandatory reconsideration by a decision maker as to why I have not got transitionary payment as I am £105 per month worse off after being managed migrated from CTC to UC. What they are talking about I do not understand except that they have not started a mandatory reconsideration and are doing their best to ignore my requests!0

Why wait until Monday? No time the like the present. https://www.parliament.uk/get-involved/contact-an-mp-or-lord/contact-your-mp/

Poppy12345: I will wait til Monday as he is already dealing with it (albeit at the beginning stages) and I can speak to his secretary face to face to find out progress so far. For me I will find that easier and will know they know I am not giving up. Thanks for the link though - it is appreciated.1

A couple of suggestions:
i) I'd be inclined to do a written MR (in addition to the MR request on the journal). Here is the form:
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/5a8eedbded915d1ddaadb614/if-you-disagree-with-a-decision-made-by-dwp.PDF
The reason being that I think it's less likely to be blocked / subject to gatekeeping than a journal entry. Keep a copy, and get proof of posting.
ii) Some advice charities have caseworkers who can do pre-action judicial review letters:
https://cpag.org.uk/welfare-rights/judicial-review
The advantage is that they go to the DWP lawyers who have 14 days to respond.
iii) Keep going on the MP route. This often succeeds.Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.2 -
Alice_Holt. Thank you. I will do the first suggestion and the third. For the second I did approach CAB but got told they are not allowed to get involved with UC transitional payments and I am not sure of any other advice places near me so will wait and see how the others go. For the first I will send lots of evidence both CTC payments/award notice and journal entries requesting MR’s and why. Hopefully that should give them something to think about rather than dismiss. Your advice, as always, is appreciated.2

I am getting annoyed a bit. It is like a cat and mouse game and I am turning into more of the cat . Latest interaction. Edit to say you need to read from bottom to top

Just to say that at MR stage it is very unlikely that a Decision Maker (DM) will come back to you for your 'evidence and relevant documents'.
Include these with your written MR, and on the journal make clear that you have submitted a written MR and wish the DM to look at the evidence you have submitted before their make a decision.Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.2
