As you say, the case is at pre-action stage. Why then, do you refer to "the claim form you are in possession of"?Apart from anything else, did you never learn at school, not to end a sentence with "of"? It's bad grammar, which rings alarm bells as to who exactly is threatening me with litigation.
You don't know what you're doing, do you?
So: what Claim Form is that then?
As you are styling yourself as part of a litigation expert team, perhaps you can kindly explain which form is "the Claim Form" among the bumf you sent me?
Can you also please explain your cause of action?
Finally:
Why do you think responding under the PAP and exercising my rights under that protocol means that I am "potentially issuing a claim"?
And who is your supervising solicitor?
I want to report them to the SRA so kindly name them as you are required to do if you are carrying out a reserved legal activity, as you seem to be suggesting you are able (namely litigation).
Yours faithfully3 -

Haha... despite your attempt to help them, they still end a sentence with a preposition...

I am sure that a real "legal team" would not reply like that, in any case I don't believe anything that you said was either demeaning or incorrect, it just proves the point that they actually don't know what they are doing!

This is a gift that keeps in giving: UKPC's new 'Litigation Team' could keep us entertained for hours. I feel sorry for the fresh-faced graduates who got a job there!
Can't wait to see a court claim from them if they are serious.
I found this job when it was advertised:

Why not reply and ask if Hugo the office dog is writing these responses, given the replies are so legally clueless, belligerent and ungrammatical that they can't possibly have emanated from anyone with a law degree and the 'excellent written skills' that were required on Indeed.com?!

Well I do meet the job spec and I love dogs but don't think I'll apply - although there is the bonus of 'free parking'. No irony intended I'm sure.2025 Decluttering Campaign 463/2025 🏅🏅🏅(🏅🏅) 🌟

UKPC appear to think they are greater than what they actually are.
With the new CoP, it will change and they will have to wake up.
The new independent appeals serviice , if up to standard, will scupper most of their claims and the need for a litigation team could be more expensive than they think.
PLUS, because of their trading methods, it could well mean the DVLA could ban them for a third time and for life
Worth considering UKPC because all of this could happen and sooner than you think
