I am sure that a real "legal team" would not reply like that, in any case I don't believe anything that you said was either demeaning or incorrect, it just proves the point that they actually don't know what they are doing!

This is a gift that keeps in giving: UKPC's new 'Litigation Team' could keep us entertained for hours.  I feel sorry for the fresh-faced graduates who got a job there!

Can't wait to see a court claim from them if they are serious.

Why not reply and ask if Hugo the office dog is writing these responses, given the replies are so legally clueless, belligerent and ungrammatical that they can't possibly have emanated from anyone with a law degree and the 'excellent written skills' that were required on Indeed.com?!

UKPC appear to think they are greater than what they actually are.
With the new CoP, it will change and they will have to wake up.

The new independent appeals serviice , if up to standard, will scupper most of their claims and the need for a litigation team could be more expensive than they think.

PLUS, because of their trading methods, it could well mean the DVLA could ban them for a third time and for life

Worth considering UKPC because all of this could happen and sooner than you think
