Hello and welcome.
You have chopped of the top of that letter but it looks like it might be a Letter of Claim.
As the letter explains, that is the last step before court action.
The first few paragraphs of the second post in the NEWBIES thread explains how to react upon receipt of a Letter of Claim.2 -
Yes it's a letter before
I wonder why UKPC are Bringing stuff in house2 -
So just to confirm i just copy and edit that template and email it to the dpo nothing moreKeithP said:Hello and welcome.

Probably because they have realised how profitable DCB Legal have become thanks to their serial claims. DCB Legal win either way. Makes you think that DCB Legal have been pocketing the "extras" that are added on to their claims.Grizebeck said:Yes it's a letter before

UPC have failed PAP if, according to that bit of the letter we can see, where it tells the OP to complete the "forms" which can be found at...
Without seeing the rest of the letter, I found that UKPC have conformed to section 3 of the PAP and have definitely not conformed to 3.1 (d).1 -

FULL LETTER0 -
It will be interesting to see if the intellectually malnourished "litigation team" issue a claim with the exact same detail as they have in that LBC. It reads just like a DCB Legal PoC.1
-
Can the OP confirm please ....
1: Does the letter state at the top
"Letter before claim" or "Letter of claim" ,,, or similar
2: Have you received any form of debt collection letters from a third party such as DRP or ZZPS1
