UKPC sent me another letter

    "Letter before claim" or "Letter of claim" ,,, or similar

    2: Have you received any form of debt collection letters from a third party such as DRP or ZZPS
    1. “Formal letter of claim”

    2. Yes all of them previously this is the latest letter

    1: As per the Newbies thread you reply saying
    ... You deny any debt
    .... You require a further 30 days as you are seeking debt advice. UKPC MUST COMPLY and as you have 30 days to respond, do this a couple of days before the end of the 30 days

    2: Debt collectors involved in the parking idustry offer the parking firms a "no win no fee", we have proof
    UKPC has added a fake £70 which they claim is a debt collection fee ... is that true ?
    They will have to prove this in court and provide accountable evidence. False accounting by them is a criminal offence ?

    If UKPC ARE STUPID enough to go to court, they have to sign a statement of truth, a false statement (the debt collectors bit) is contempt of court. Max penalty is prison

    UKPC have already been caught out faking timestamps on pictures
    and at the time were banned by the DVLA
    So just respond to their 30 day letter . Let's see what they do next

    But it will result in a court claim. And those allegations won't come into play
  • So i wait basically 20 days then reply saying i deny any debt & require 30 days on the “reply form” on UKPC website

    What good does the extension do? They will still get a claim regardless
