    It was UKPC who instructed DCBL to bring their timewasting claims to court, I doubt the courts have a short memory about UKPC

    Apologies i didn’t know that i shouldn’t send that in but yes i received a county court letter with added costs, can anyone help me i have no clue what to do

    You can show the claim form but cover the Claim number, MCOL Password and your data like you see everyone else does on other Claim threads you've read here.
