Get Barclay's 5% cashback running, use debit card to add £200 to Tesco Xmas Saver scheme thus qualifying for £10 from Barclays and £12 in Tesco £'s in November.
The purchase gives 200 Clubcard points - £2.
Barclay's £10 cashback credited and redeemed (will credit a/c ~5 days).
So £24 return for spending £200 at Tesco (that would have been spent in any case).0 -
I assume that any payments I make on 31st will be debited and tracked into November's cashback, as happens with Halifax.

Has it been confirmed that you can only sign up for the 5% cashback via the app and there's no way to do it through online banking?0

I spent over £200 on Amazon.co.uk but the transaction history states ‘Amazon Luxembourg’. This must be where the payments are collected through. This cleared on Wednesday, but no cashback has been paid. Do we think that Barclays won’t pay it and cite that it is ineligible as it was a transaction made outside of the UK? Or has anyone successfully received cashback from an Amazon purchase through this 5% offer so far please? 🤞🏻If you want me to definitely see your reply, please tag me @forumuser7 Thank you.

Seems to take up to at least 5 working days to show on the cashback wallet so worth waiting a little longer to see if it appears1

Hurrah, my online purchase of Sunday, October 8 has finally resulted in £10 cashback, credited this afternoon. The reward never went into pending, just straight into available.
The reward statement doesn't show any detail, which makes it impossible to figure out what the cashback is for if you hope to use it for various smaller purchases.
Redemption of the reward is a bit like the Natwest/RBS reward scheme - not instant. They say it can take up to 5 days.
