My cash back was from a small Coop shop, so not one of the listed cash back chosen companies2

Chunky transaction via Apple Pay is now showing as pending in my cashback pot. Phew!1

The transactions that took 3, 4 and 5 days were all credited on the same Monday, so the reality is that it takes 1 to 3 working days for cashback to be paid after the account is debited.
The only issue I have with this promotion is that the account with Blue Rewards doesn't have debit card, which might explain why I get an error message when I try to enable cashback rewards.
I guess I'll get Barclays to issue me with a new card.
(With the Google pay promotion I used my main account which does have a card)
Visited my local branch yesterday and requested a debit card on the account - arrives in 3-5 working days.
Today the card is showing in the mobile app, was able to add to Google pay, and activate Cashback rewards.
The "Barclays Cashback Rewards" entry on the home page only appeared when I logged out and back in again.
So it appears that if your Blue Rewards account doesn't have a debit card, you need to get one to enable the cashback, other wise you get a meaningless error message. I'll do a test transaction with Google Pay this evening and fingers crossed I'll see some cashback pop up on Thursday.1 -

It doesn't display on the account screen in the app itself though.Yes same as you. 5th October spend. £5 Starbucks showing £0.25 but no Costcutter or cheeky £10 payment to HL (yet)0

It turns out that having the debit card 'frozen' also causes an error message when attempting to sign up.

I’ve made various card transactions since the 6th October, yet there is no trace of the transactions I have made for the cashback, even under pending. I am using the correct card (via Apple Pay). It’s showing “only 7 days left” where it tells you about the offer, but it doesn’t appear that I need to activate the offer at all going by the terms. Nor is there an option to. Am I missing something here?

Until I know I'm getting the cashback I won't be doing any more, I'll contact them today but they won't have a clue tbh.1 -
The staff at Barclays have absolutely no idea about this offer, all they say is generic guff about selected retailers then send you a list of stores you never use.
You tell them it says ALL debit card purchases and mentions weekly shops and they're lost. Nobody does a weekly shop at Ted Baker........0
