Cashback from Barclays blue?

Finally, something to appeal to Barclay's! However, I'd rather collect Virgin points for my spending as in the long run this is worth more (using the Virgin Atlantic credit card). I've also heard mixed reviews about Barclay's customer service and other than the 5% saver there's not much else to attract.0

Not sure this helps much but the Rewards scheme is run by Visa

When you click on the "Redeem and View offers" tab in the Barclays Cashback Rewards section, it takes you to the cashback rewards website. Went to "My Account", linked cards and it shows that the Visa card associated to the cashback rewards is an old debit card that I lost. I got a replacement for that card a long time ago. This is the message displayed there.
"The debit card(s) linked to your Barclays Cashback Rewards account are listed below. This may include any cancelled debit cards on your nominated Blue Rewards current account."
There is no way to change or update the card linked to the cashback offer. There is a "report missing cashback" form that is available, but it only works with listed vendors, not with the general 5% offer. There is no contact form or complaint form. I couldn't find a way to contact them, there is no email or phone listed.
Does anyone know who is the provider managing this cashback offer for Barclays? Thanks.0 -

@Curlysue99 The customer service reps are confused
As part of Barclays Cashback Rewards you will be eligible to earn 5% cashback on every transaction you make using the Visa debit card on your nominated Blue Rewards account. This is in addition to any cashback you earn from retailer offers available during the Offer Period.

I've just clicked on the "Barclays Cashback Rewards" account on the main screen then clicked "Redeem and view offers" at the bottom, gone to the website and clicked "Statement" scrolled to the bottom and it has my transaction from 5th October with the cash back displayed next to it."Barclays Spend Reward October05 October 2023 - £0.32"Also displays at top of website when clicking on "Pending Cashback" the white looking card.also displays:"It can take up to 35 days after eligible transactions for your Barclays Cashback Rewards to be available to spend"Does anyone else see these? It doesn't display on the account screen in the app itself though.2

For a huge company they have no idea how to properly promote an idea.0 -

My one transaction was the 5th October, same as you.
It does mention 5 working days so I'll leave it a few days and get cashback off my other cards.
If it IS indeed working as we hope then the online shops/petrol fill ups I do will make the £200 up, till then there's no point.0
