  • The cashback rewards website explains that the reward should show 5 working days after the transaction, I’d give it until the Friday at least before getting yourselves worried about whether the cashback from the end of last week is on the way or not.

    Potentially a little longer to allow for processing times as it isn’t clear if the 5 days start from the original transaction date or the day the transaction is fully cleared.

    You're right I know. Worried isn't the right term, far bigger things in life and its not like I'm losing anything, but its frustrating when even the online customer service staff aren't aware of the eligibility rules.
    They were great but as I said to them until I know for sure I'll simply use a card I know gets me some cashback albeit at a lower rate.

    • The cashback payments will be made monthly throughout the Offer Period when you reach the total monthly cashback value of £10 or on the 5th of the following month if you have earned cashback below the value of £10.

    I've noticed that in the accounts summary page that the rewards summary says as at 05/10/23, which is the day I activated the rewards. This may or may not suggest that my cashback will show once this updates. Here's hoping.

  • This evening have had my first pending amount show up (after clicking the 'Redeem and view offers' button in the cashback section of the app - no pending amount showing in the app yet...), relating to a transaction made last Friday (6th) that actually shows on my account transaction list dated Monday (9th).  Will now start using in earnest 😁

    Mine says "as at 08/10/2023" just now. Like in your case, that's the date I activated the cashback rewards. 

    My purchase that should attract the 5% was made on the 8th, too, but shows in the current account transaction list on the 9th. I still have zero cashback pending or available. I'll give it a few more days before I make enquiries if the cashback still doesn't appear. This is a frustrating offer.

    My summary page says "as at 11/10/2023", and I enabled the cashback rewards on the 9th.
    I still haven't received my debit card (got the card details from the app though), and the "linked card" page on the website is still only showing the old/dead debit card.
    I guess I'll have to wait until the card turns up, do a test transaction, and see if anything turns up. I'm not going to shift any spending from other cards until I know it is working (1% on chase, 0.5% on credit card+interest free period).

    My 'as at date' has updated to today's date and my pending cashback is also now showing. Great stuff.
