Cashback from Barclays blue?

Test purchase made on the 14th October, cleared the account on the 16th.
It's 21/10/23. The app is showing £0.00 "As at 11/10/2023". Clicking on the "Barclays Cashback Awards" link takes me to an app page showing total cashback £0.00, Available cashback £0.00, pending cashback £0.00.
Clicking on the "Redeem and view offers" button takes me out of the app to a web page which repeats the £0 total/pending/available" information, and clicking on the three dots at the top followed by "Linked Cards" shows a single card - the card that expired years ago, and the current card is not shown.
A phone call to Barclays on the 19th, took 30 minutes with the conclusion that "It should be working". I opened a complaint - still waiting for the confirmation letter.
In the meantime I spent just short of £50 on the card over the weekend to see if anything turns up.
My gut feeling is that the only way I will see any money from this "promotion" will be in the form of compensation.
Can anyone else tell me if they see their cashback balance increase on the "website accessed through the app" when they've made a purchase, and if so how long did it take to show up?

Had to pay HMRC after a shortfall in last years tax. I paid with my Barclays debit card. Surprisingly this qualified for cash back5

Just redeemed my first £10 (not reached the account yet though). I was starting to wonder if my purchases would ever show up and earn me cashback as they were from over a week ago.
I suppose I can't start earning cashback again until November now so will put the card away for a couple of weeks.Debt Free: 01/01/2020
Mortgage: 11/09/20240 -
Seems like around 4-5 working days after the card payment has cleared it appears in cashback0

Its strange. I had a 5% cashback offer if I used my Barclays debit card on Google Pay for up to £10 for two weeks back in August. Then about 3 weeks ago had a similar 5% offer to this, but only for two weeks.
Now I've got this offer up to December!I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?0 -

Zero cashback showing for transactions from 9th October onwards.0 -
Anyone tried university tuition fee invoice payments by debit card for this 5% cashback offer please? Ts and Cs say no bill payments, but internet suggests bills and invoices may be classed differently. I’m not convinced it’d work, but thought it was worth checking. I think it's a bit of lottery, try and tell us - processing takes 5 days so you're likely to know before anyone responds here.0
