Cashback from Barclays blue?

You you don’t have to log in again but you get transferred to what looks like a 3rd party website which allows you to request the redemption1

I think Barclays have problems with this new reward. Mine stopped at £8.96 pending 10 days ago, where by my reckoning it should be £11.27 if it wasn’t capped at £10.
All transactions are shops (supermarkets/ convenience stores) and travel related ( bus/train) so should not have any exclusions.
Might well have to put a complaint in about the missing cash back and lack of transparency in not being able to see which transactions are/aren’t accruing cash back and how much they are actually allocating.

Have you tried it on WiFi and over a mobile connection? Who is your broadband provider?Seems you might need to ask Barclays support to look into this for you1

Could try installing a different browser (if you don't have one already), and changing the default to the alternative.1 -
Thanks @friolento @flaneurs_lobster
It's an older phone so maybe the browser is out of date. Currently the page just appears blank but I'll try and adjust settings!0 -
does anyone know what date is relevant? if i spend £200 today will it count as my October spend even if the transaction doesn't appear complete till November?
actually iv'e only just signed up, i can see the cashback page but on the "redeem and view offers" page it says "registration in progress". am i good to go?1 -
anoukis said:I spoke with Barclays today as my current debit card wasn't showing as linked to the cashback offer (it was showing an expired card). The correct card is now showing as linked, but the cashback amount is wrong, it's only £0.50 when it should've been £10, as I used my card for a lot of purchases in October (it's my main debit card).
They've told me a lot of people have the same issue and that there are some problems with cashback tracking and Barclays is on it and it will be resolved "in the next week or so".
Eventually they did find the promotion and later admitted there are problems with some cards not being recognised as attached to the rewards scheme as they found an internal notification.
Still didn't explain why some of my purchases had received cashback and some hadn't.
Put in a complaint based upon incorrect cashback received, lack of transparency because there is no way of checking what's being allocated cashback and what's not, nor what amounts are being given, the fact that all the rewards pages take you round in loops and the fact I had to spend 1hr 23 mins on something that should have been very simple.
This was with Premier Banking which is supposed to have enhanced service.1 -
As I have a couple of monthly savers which I can pay by debit card I'm going to try to see if I can do the £200 in one foul swoop. Any reason to think it won't work?0
