Barclays are tighter than a gnat's chuff when it comes to overdrafts, and I'm sure there must be at least some MSE current account collectors skirting along with minimal balances that would now be overdrawn due to this error, so for some it might be worth a pop for potential compo.flaneurs_lobster said:

Don't forget the "mental anguish" in any claim, got to be worth an extra pony.PloughmansLunch said:

Hi, has anyone had the 5% cashback track for purchases made on 1st November yet please? I'm aware of the 5 working day indication, it's just that I found that purchases I made mid-late last month tracked later on the same day they cleared, which in this case was yesterday. ThanksIf you want me to definitely see your reply, please tag me @forumuser7 Thank you.

ThanksMy cashback balance / As at 01/11/2023 (on the front accounts page) - Which is £0 (even though I did purchase on 1st Nov and cashback should/will be £3.30)and the website shows last transaction of 23rd Oct when I hit the £10

Thank you for noticing this. I’ve had the same. I’m currently in the process of buying my first flat and this could have resulted in a missed direct debit because I keep the balance low!wiseonesomeofthetime said:Blue Rewards Fee - Taken twice??
Yesterday, as normal, I had a transaction appear in my Barclays current account:
Barclays Blue Rewards - £5.00
Today, I have had another transaction appear for the same amount
Blue Rewards Fee CB - £5.00
Will obviously chase up with Barclays later, however, has anyone else had this double debit and knows what the second one relates to please?1 -
I was £4.15 overdrawn ...flaneurs_lobster said:

Cashback now showing, all £10 of it, but oddly pending still even though last time as soon as it went to £10 it went to available (as per the ts and cs). Blue rewards must be having a meltdown!ForumUser7 said:Hi, has anyone had the 5% cashback track for purchases made on 1st November yet please? I believe they have a £15 interest free overdraft buffer. Whenever I go overdrawn by less than that I get a text informing me, which states "Your balance is £-x.xx and within your interest-free overdraft amount."PloughmansLunch said:

I operate my account with a minimal balance and am now overdrawn as a result of their error today. I'm not expecting to get charged but if I do a complaint will be in order.1
