Neither my wife or mine have renewed. On the website, it is just impossible to get to do so. it wont show my plan and then it says not a lyca number. Once it is sorted and I can get my PUK code i will be off. I didn't know they had changed from O2 to EE or I would have left then.0

Just recently transferred to LYCAMOBILE - What a megga mistake, I only have service on the upstairs landing, anywhere else, no reception whatsoever, O2 reception was fine, have spent hours trying to get through for a PAC code, they do not respond to Emails, call me suspicious but dialling the number they suggest for a PAC code keeps suggesting try later ... EE is now LYCA's service provider and we do not have any.

I've just submitted a suitable review to Trustpilot complaining about not being able to get my PAC or to cancel my payment method so we'll see what transpires.0

I have no words for this company. I’ve had no phone for three days now. Cannot do anything other than receive calls/messages and god forbid they leave a message to call them back. Already ordered different sim (ID, was happy with them before) but need my bleeding PAC!!! How have you guys managed to get yours?? I called on hold for 47 mins earlier and nothing had to give up…grrr0

I ported in my number last week that should of been completed on Monday, my old network o2 has been cancelled and the number hasn’t transferred, it’s just a dead number. If I call it it just says number not recognised.
Called Lyca and she said it’s only 50% complete and they are having issues, can’t access my bank or anything without that number and one time passwords.Terrible customer service, the woman didn’t care one bit.Anyone had this problem before, should I just accept I’m not getting the number back?1 -

I did ask whether I would get credit (my package was the special £10 one) but he said I would only get credit if they took money out of my account as well. I did not press further as I mainly wanted to get service back and will take it up as dispute.
I am amazed that there is no press coverage, also Lyca could have texted everyone with an explanation and the instructions above - I suppose that would have required some concern for their customers!0 -

well i’m back online and working for now, i bought a £10 top up with 20gb on there website, the website now accepts paypal so paid via that, gives me a bit of breathing space to try and get this pac code sorted which still does not work when requested by text
