It's working fine for me. Calls, SMS and internet. I can also get a PAC.

That's really interesting as I tried calling First Direct yesterday and it said every number I tried was a wrong number. Called from partners phone and worked fine. Maybe related in some way if they have had some issues
Had no data issues though0 -

I'm now starting to think that I did the right thing not porting my main number across to them, I was so close to doing it.I got my daughter a Lyca sim for uni and hers is also working.Just as a matter of interest, did you port your number to them? Just thinking out loud, my number is the one Lyca provided and I didn't port it in, and also my daughters is the number they provided and not ported in. I wonder if that is the difference between me and you?0 -

I think the issue is related to renewals and top-ups.
If you have not had to renew e.g. a monthly plan over the last couple of days the service will be fine.
When the plan comes to auto renew at the end of the month it will not do so and you will lose outgoing service.
Mine was due to renew on Saturday, so I've had no service since then, but two other users in my household have been fine.1 -
Also having problems after my bundle did not renew at the end of the month. Calls in ok, but cannot make outward calls and message states I am out of credit and need to top up as it thinks I am on a PAYG plan , which I am not!
Also all my details on the LYCA app ( Plan name , Credit card details , call history ) have all vanished , tho i suspect this is due to their backend systems still being down.
Calls to their customer support very frustrating a they confirm they still have problems today (02/10) and suggest I buy a top-up voucher to get me going, even tho I should have a paid plan with them.2
