Some actual good news. I've hit my MFW 2025 target and I've hit my own personal savings target for the year. I'm so so pleased with myself. Considering the year we've had generally, we've had 3 weeks worth of holidays and we've bought the membership to the 'leisure' place, I think I've done phenomenally well.

My next plan is to make a list of jobs to try and complete over the next few days. But I'll give that it's own post.

Got sidetracked signing the kids up for a short breaks activity offer. But technically it’s a positive and therefore progress.

Thanks guys having cheerleaders telling me I’m doing well makes such a difference- it really gives me a boost.

I’m really struggling to see the positive this year so I’m relying on people giving me the external validation to feel good.

Had a top family day out. We did Archery, archery tag, table tennis, soft play, nature walk, play park and then a big old dog walk.

Only cost £12 for DH - kids got it all free because it’s where we have the membership. I’m absolutely pooped now though. So tired.

I also set up my new regular saver due to the old one maturing. So that’s another job off the list.

Tip trip done - got rid of loads of old boxes, the last bag of decking I’ve not managed to get in the main bin and the old dishwasher.

We can book another in January (we are allowed 1 per month with a trailer). So will get more stuff together ready to go later in the month.

DS2 has been demanding a family day of games. So we have that planned for NYD. So that’s tomorrow’s entertainment taken care of. I’m going to try and crack on with some jobs from my list this afternoon.
