Nevermind I googled. My friend is a hairdresser, so she did it. I think she’s a Revlon gal, but that’s as far as my knowledge goes. I’m clueless.

Won £1 on the Octopus wheel this morning - very exciting.

Still haven’t done anything about this family membership as we’ve all been ill the last couple of weeks with one thing or another so thought I’d wait until we are actually well enough to use it before doing anything about it.

DS1 had his first high school parents evening. He smashed it. He’s having difficulties with recording information (nothing new), confidence/anxiety (nothing new) and maintaining focus and attention (again nothing new). But other than those issues he’s always had, he is doing amazingly well.

I’m so proud of him. He’s coped with it all far better than I ever thought he could/would. He’s just an absolute rockstar.

Next OP for the mortgage is due, so need to sort that. Need to pay off the Easter holiday this month as well, so best do a bit of a money shuffle to ensure I actually have the money in the right account.

We’ve been doing a deep clean of the bathroom. We had some black mold on the ceiling from when the extractor fan broke. When we’ve come to scrub it off it looks like the previous owners have just painted over black mold previously. So DH is now on a mission to finish scrubbing this weekend and he’s going to repaint the ceiling next weekend.

I’d like to get back to the allotment, but it’s just too cold for me to do too much whenever I have the time. I just want to prep stuff ready for the season.

    This weekends achievements:
    • remembered to book next half terms after school club.
    • hoovered the whole house.
    • put the fence back in that blew over.
    • sorted the mold in the bathroom.
    • Homework with DS1.
    • Washing done.
    • Cleaned (properly) the extractor fan filters.
    • Bit of gardening.
    • Deep clean of kitchen.
    • Played with dog,
    • Played with children.
    • Ironed uniform (in truth - I’m just about to do this).

I’ll take that for a productive weekend.

Well done to DS1 for smashing the transition to high school.

It looks like it has been a very positive weekend.

    That is an excellent OP.
