Great news!
PLAN A STRIKES AGAIN!
When you post about this success in the above resource thread, please tell new posters who to contact to get an unfair PCN overturned at that NHS Trust.
And link back to this thread so newbies see it!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes I will, but what page do I start at there is 85?
Your link takes me to page 9?
What will heading say " Blue Badge NHS ( PALS)"0 -
You can only add to the existing thread, so no matter what you do, it will stick it last.
I would add the name of the hospital to the title.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks2 -

Hi all,
Today, yes sunday! my father received another parking fine from the same hospital Princess Alexandra Hospital Harlow Gggggrrrrrrr.
Again I will go through the same process.
The cameras do not pick up the BLUE BADGE. Yes its registered and we are all aware that blue badge holders can park free.
So so annoying!!!!
Just a heads up
Best regards Kg

Plan A with hospitals is to contact PALS and demand (politey) that they get it cancelled. It isn't one of those hospitals where you have to register your blue badge at reception us it?1

hi Le Kirk,
Blue badge registered. Emailed PALS this morning see the reply they sent me..
Their car park cameras only pick up registerings not clearly displayed Blue Badges!
As you can see I have been here before so will go thriugh the same process again Ggrrr
Also my father parked there last week as a follow up to my mothers treatment so no doubt another ticket post.
Clearly this is not a good system to catch non payers as it clearly does not work when it comes to Blue Badge holders.

Tell them you are not "appealing" but complaining and they cannot ditch their responsibilities. Refer them to the NHS parking principles here

...and in particular, quote these words from that 'parking principles' document:-
