The Three C's - Coffee, Clothes & Credit Cards

Just realised my update yesterday hasn't come through. Maybe I forgot to click post. Who knows.
Anyway payday has been and gone, pots have all been refilled, I have reactivated my other expenses pot after last month. This will be used for unexpected pet costs and household costs. I.e replacement toys for cat or items like new chopping boards I brought last month. I have decided I need to be stricter with myself when it comes to personal spends instead of just buying the one off items and using my other fund for it. Its not what its there for.
I've also budgeted to this month for only 2 massages so hoping for every other week and then hopefully next month just once a month ongoing. Will see how it goes though as I can feel my shoulders getting tight again. I know losing weight will help and that's going alright so far.
I managed to clear last months jab costs and this month's thanks to some referral credits. My code is still active for Medexpress should anyone wish to use it J1DZ6G
So now I'm trying to save for next months jab by using the round up on my account. I moved my leftover spending and groceries to my football fund so I have enough in there for my next ticket. Any extra funds I make will now go into my weight loss savings pot. Probably should review my leftover items on vinted and add some more.

Debt going down really well - under £10,000 is a great milestone
i keep tweaking my various savings pots too. I find myself being a bit too flexible on how I allocate my spending 🙃
I'm waiting til after 5 today to tidy up all my spending pots ready for October. Hoping there will be some surplus to move to Christmas savings.0 -
Thanks. I've got quite a bit in my Overpayment pots as well gaining interest. Virgin will be cleared in July and Natwest aim is for December but that really depends on how much of the cost of my injections I can absorb. I wish they would hurry up and make a decision about the payrise so I can have a rough idea as to what my backpay will be. That will help massively.
I find it's when something crops up I wasn't expecting or I have a busy month of plans and suddenly money doesn't stretch as far as I need it to. Take this weekend for example I'm supposed to be going out for dinner twice. I'm going to cancel one if not both as I'm just not able to finish enough of my meal to make it worth while. Plus I've got football though I've started taking a bottle of water and snack with me so I don't buy anything.*Dad loan - £5300 - £5900

Oh forgot to say I finally got a response from my car finance people from when I had it in 2016/2017 and they confirmed I did have discretionary commission. So just have to wait now for FCA decision. Who knows if anything will come from it or not but the form was really easy to complete so decided it was worth a try logging a complaint.*Dad loan - £5300 - £5900

Happy Friday. It was my Friday off today, so nails £15, Nandos for lunch £16 and costa £10 (my turn to pay). So a spendy day for me from my personal spends though my nails come out of health and beauty pot. My massage lady has a cancellation tomorrow so I have booked in for back massage £35 before I head off to watch the football £10. Though its a lunch time kick off which is a pain when comes to meal times. I will have to try and plan how I'm going to make it work without spending any money on food. It may be time to get the rucksack out so I can take something with me.*Dad loan - £5300 - £5900

Sounds like a nice Friday.
i struggle with lunchtime kick-offs and the 8 o'clock mid week kick-offs. If my team lose on a Saturday lunchtime it really messes up the day as I'm forced to avoid radio and tv so I don't hear negative things about them, even if they fully deserve negative feedback.
my team are doing ok at the moment (famous last words).0
