    Hi All, great news on the previous defence victory for the original poster!

    I have a PCN also issued for this site but under different ciitcumstances where I have paid for the parking but for an old VRN that I had saved in an app that I paid with.

    Due to other circumstances the letters regarding the PCN were going to an old address so I have missed my appeals window, would anyone know who the land owners may be in this case? Or alternatively if I now just have to wait for the next steps to mount my defence?
