It's explained already in the Template Defence. Our templates are there to stop us drowning in same questions re these exact same claims. And you are waaaay down the road of this process already...
Surely, if you used the template defence you in fact argued inadequate POC?
If you used our defence - and I think you did - you do need to know and understand it. Gladstones will send a rep and you need to know your case. Don't forget your 10.25% defence point as well.

There is a dodgy (PPC scam favouring) female Judge on one part of the London circuit and I wonder if it's the same woman who ignored a Defendant this morning?
