Your WS is emailed as a PDF attachment to an email to both the claimant (or their solicitor) and the local court where the hearing is to take place. You also CC in yourself to that email.2

We haven't seen your draft WS bundle to help you with it ... but we assume you've included a blow by blow account exposing anything in their WS & evidence pics that's rubbish/undated or misleading, and you've read the a-f list of suggested exhibits?
