apologies if its in the thread but i cant see nor does the letter specify but do i email or post over the WS?

Your WS is emailed as a PDF attachment to an email to both the claimant (or their solicitor) and the local court where the hearing is to take place. You also CC in yourself to that email.

We haven't seen your draft WS bundle to help you with it ... but we assume you've included a blow by blow account exposing anything in their WS & evidence pics that's rubbish/undated or misleading, and you've read the a-f list of suggested exhibits?

And included the Chan snd Akande transcripts as well as a costs assessment (see NEWBIES thread).

So i have used Golfr12 and Lought_TA as a reference obviously changing facts and sequence of events. but yes defo addressed the 'outdated' rubbish in theres...

Separate documents but on the same email so it is all one bundle for the hearing.
