The ideal response is to do what the order states, contact the mediation service. Have you had and returned a N180 and, if so, did you tick No to mediation. If you did you could try a complaint that the CNBC has not adhered to you expressed wishes. Unfortunately, mediation seems to be becoming compulsory.2
