    The ideal response is to do what the order states, contact the mediation service.  Have you had and returned a N180 and, if so, did you tick No to mediation.  If you did you could try a complaint that the CNBC has not adhered to you expressed wishes.  Unfortunately, mediation seems to be becoming compulsory.

    Whatever else happens, take note that you have less than four weeks to file with the court and serve on the Claimant your Witness Statement and evidence.

    these private parking firms are truly a headache... any chance the court date will get cancelled or is it past that stage?
