Might be worth reminding yourself on what you are waiting for, and what to do when it happens, by re-reading that checklist you were following when you filed your Defence.
Also a good idea to think about evidence gathering while the incident is relatively fresh in your mind.2 -
You only showed 1 page of the Chan judgment. There are 4 pages to that transcript. Did you embed all the pages in your defence?1

I have received a copy of the claimants DQ (from their solicitor) .
Should i just fill out a N180 too and email it off now?0 -

Continue to follow the guidance in that checklist you were using earlier.
Item 7 on that list says...The rest of that list might be worth another look too.
