    recieved the letter to pay today. whats the best way. they have given address to pay so im assuming sending a check but any recommendations on ensuring proof. also i have to pay for a certificate of cancellation from the court...

    Only if you need a cert of cancellation (which you don't).  I certainly would not send a cheque by snail mail for something so important (no such banking thing as a 'check' = USA speak!).

    the one posted the court date is not till may but that was given due to being on a double yellow line - was inside the car with it on i just couldnt move as the road was locked off lol...

    And the Claim Form shown in your opening post on this thread was also issued by Gladstones.

    You seem to be suggesting that there are at least three claims - two Gladstones and one BW Legal - being discussed in this one thread.

    Plenty of scope here for confusion.
