Not exactly as per list, but reasonably productive:
- went to zumba
- went to library
- dropped in to C00p to get this week's discounts
- Mr N and I cleared out the front gutter which was blocked with moss fallen off the roof after last night's storms - I don't recall when I last saw so much lightning or rain. Rather glad we aren't still in the Minehead area, as we were only a few days ago.
- We also tidied up the greenhouse; there are still peppers, tomatoes and cucumbers ripening but we cut off all dead leaves, removed spent plants so it is all less cluttered.
- did some tidying in the lounge but didn't get round to the dusting or vacuuming.
- dealt with quite a bit of 'life admin' - reading meters and sending the readings in; checking ongoing pension transfers; trying to set up meeting with manager to discuss when I start back and how often I'm needed. I have gradually over the last few weeks - and much to my surprise - decided that I may well retire next year, having been against it until recently. I may drop a bit of work for my last year, manager suggested it earlier and it is now sounding attractive.
- did drum practice
- made a pizza for dinner and there is enough left for lunch tomorrow.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.9 -
Booked toilet repair (it is leaky.. clean water leaky.. ) Sunday ... and radiator repair/boiler service for 25th.. in the morning.. I do need to ring to have them come as early as possible since OH is working in there.. it is our bedroom one and the middle room one which are not working. I need to bleed a couple but they are all ok otherwise.. My BG homecare runs out in 6 weeks so getting my money's worth.. I then cancel it .. and will be comparing prices with other companies because they've been really expensive this year.
oops.. I forgot to put chicken in Squeaks sarnies.. I will do that now and it is nest time. She is off ham and cheese.

morning all
Deacon Blue we’re fabulous but for some bizarre reason people on the row behind us (two separate groups) chatted throughout…when one lot we being quiet the other lot started up…why? Pay all that for tickets and chat?
I’m in the paid stuff today, there’s a meeting booked in so I need to facilitate it.
Not much actual flying done as yet …

Morning all. Here it's Day 3 of our SAH holiday, and it's chilly, grey and drizzly
DH is up and about this morning after a bit of a setback yesterday (I think he had overdone things on Sunday - just sitting out of bed all day was enough to put him back almost where he had started) and the ABs appear to have kicked in at last. Tuesday is normally his SW and model railway club day, but I trust he is not planning to go to either! I must have got used to my regular sessions at Action Heart, as I am actually missing the exercise
Today's plan:
- financial update
- tidy my study: the ancestors are everywhere, as I am hitting dead ends in my search for my particular line of a Scottish clan pre-1800
- fly in kitchen and LR
- make phonecalls
- order birthday gifts for DGD1 and DD
Breakfast first.... See you later, hope you all have a good day xxx

Morning everyone
Wet and windy here today, but I have to go out soon for Craft And Chat morning. Recycling out first thing, most of the dailies done but need to get them all finished before I go. Bigger tasks are finish sorting the bedside drawers, polish bedroom furniture, and give it a good vacuum. Oh and wash bedding. I don't seem to find much self-care time at the moment, must be sure to do something for myselfMarried 40y.o. mum of an autistic 11y.o. Carer/SAHM.

Dot having school issues today.. Pixie saying her tummy hurts..
Waiting for OH to bog off to work so I can make some progress in the back room.. I want it to look like a room, not a walk-through cupboard!
C&C did the DW last night.. it is too rainy to hang out washing.. the stuff out is wetter than it was when it went out!
hmm.. 10 minutes before OH starts wittering about work.. he can shove stuff in the car.
