You already have. Your WS & evidence exhibits was your bundle.

So as long as you filed & served that, and the email addresses you used match those used by the solicitors, you are up to date.

But of course go over their evidence this week with a fine tooth comb and make notes to focus you at the hearing.  Turn up early on the day. Take a ring binder file with a copy of everything with you, and your crib sheet notes. And wage slip/proof of loss of earnings or leave for that day.

Thank you, I've removed that now and I think it's good to go just changed a bit spelling and stuff from what I posted above. When would be best to submit the defence document?
Reading the above, your bundle has already been submitted to the solicitors and to your preferred court, so just check their bundle and look for errors, discrepancies plus anything else that assists your case or makes theirs worse
  • Thank you, their trial bundle has a few differences to their witness statement that they sent me previously, would those be good points to bring up too?

Possibly, so you could do a supplementary Witness statement and email a copy to the court and also CC the lawyers to

Or just add it to your notes to say at the hearing.

Also, I've received the trial bundle from the solicitors today. Do I need to do anything or submit my own?
Hi Everyone, I'm about to submit my WS today to Gladstone by email but to the court ,do I send it to ccbc@justice.gov.uk & ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk or does the WS need to be posted/personally delivered to the court as that is what it says on the Notice of Allocation.
According to your post above, you were about to submit your WS on 22 April  -did you?

  • Yes, I submitted it to the Birmingham court email and to the solicitors too on the 22nd of April.

I just had a questions about the date of the hearing, can I request it to be moved or could I have my son attend for me? Because I had a pre-booked holiday I completely forgot about but I'm assuming that isn't a valid reason to have it moved.
