Would I just pay the £185 to the details they sent in the email?We haven't seen the email (one was removed by the Forum Team on 18/05) so don't know what it said. But you need to pay the £185 by the date dictated by the judge.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Thank you and yeah it is Gladstone they sent an email with payment details a week or so ago and now the court letter has come through. So going to pay them with the details they sent over email.0
