Thank you, I've drafted this response is it okay?
Dear Beata,
I would like to confirm that I will accept document services exclusively via email, on the condition that Gladstones Solicitors Limited reciprocates by allowing me to serve documents to you in the same manner. Kindly note that by sending documents to me via email, you implicitly agree to these terms.
Best regards,

It is a business or formal letter and the proper closing salutation for a letter starting "Dear NAME" is "yours sincerely".2

Thank you!0

Should be "accept documents served" not "accept document services".1

Thanks everyone, if Gladstone don't accept that do I need to deliver in person, or would recorded or tracked mail be okay?0
-
I also assume they would need to deliver in person as well if they refuse or through recorded mail0

They always accept emails. Read a few Gladstones threads ahead of you.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hopefully, they do! They haven't responded yet though, should I prepare to send by mail too? I was thinking sending by it by the start of next week if they don't respond. Just making sure as I need to get it sent before I hit the deadlines0

Hi Everyone, I have got confirmation that I can send the WS by email to them, also I have received their WS through the post today.
Should I change my WS to add points that counter their arguments in the WS or should I reserve those for in court?
Also, I've had a brief read of the gladstone WS and for the permission to enforce charges contract. It is listed as Ruxton estate agents which was the reserved parking of the spot next to the one I parked in, which said reserved for Dental practice, would that be a good point to bring up as the wrong company is suing me as they don't even have reservation over the spot I was parked in.
I parked in the spot in red not the spot next to it where it says Ruxton Estate, you can also see in the CCTV evidence they presented that I parked in the red spot not the Ruxton one.

You can also see that they have installed additional signage since the CCTV images in the WS statement from them.
