    Hi Coupon-mad,

I did exactly as you suggested and finally received an email in reply, no apology, no explanation as to why they attempted a second claim at a different address after the claim had already been struck out:

Please be advised, this case is closed, with no further action required with DCBL.

Please advise if you would require erasure of your personal identifiable information that is held.

    Kind regards,

I'd reply and ask for a final explanation as to why they were chasing a struck out claim.

    Continue by adding:

A full response from the data compliance team must be emailed by the end of July at the latest, after which any further fob off response (or silence) will be taken as having exhausted DCB's complaints procedure and a data abuse complaint about DCB Ltd will then be lodged with the Information Commissioner.

(Please show us a photo of the actual letter DCB sent demanding this PCN, as I want to show this to the MHCLG).

Absolutely shocking that they are still processing your data in 2026 when a Judge struck out their claim and set aside that same CCJ 3 years ago.

They were lucky to escape not paying your £108 fee.

Also, did they post that to you at home in Poland, or to the old address that they knew three years ago was old?

It was posted to a former UK address, my parent's address, not the address the original claim was posted to.
