As above. Email them again and threaten to involve your MP if they continue to ignore you.

Why not email the court by replying to the old court email as well, asking whether the case was reinstated and why you were not contacted by email, if so. Ask for copies of all directions, orders and judgments under your SAR rights and require the court to please reply to this SAR by email.

    Update your address too.

When you say update my address, why? The address in question here is my old UK address, it's my parent's home address.

If it's reliable for receiving post and someone will open your post at least weekly, then it's fine. Not if your parents are planning a month away with nobody at home.

Yes, the above is the case.

After digging through some paperwork I've found a letter from the County Court at St Helens:

General form of judgement or order

'Before District Judge XXXX sitting at the County Court at St. Helens Courthouse…………WA10 1SZ

    IT IS ORDERED THAT

    1. The judgement against XXXX XXXX dated 29 August 2023 be and is hereby set aside.
    2. The Claim Form not having been served, is now stale, and is struck out.

Date Order Made: 25 March 2024

Must have been resurrected behind your back. Put in a complaint with HMCTS if St Helens Court won't tell you.

After a few weeks, I received this reply from the court:

    Good afternoon

The Claim has been struck out and judgment set aside.

    Thank-you

    Good Afternoon,

Further to the e-mail below and the e-mail from the Claimants solicitors, the Judge has considered the file and the Judgment is set aside and the Claim is Struck Out,

Therefore the telephone hearing today will not be required,

    Kind regards,

OK so send that to DCBL and ask them why they think this 'claim struck out' case has been resurrected and to send you copies of all paperwork since the 2024 Order.

    ————————————————

As you sent the above a month ago, now follow up with DCB Ltd and ask why they are processing data that should have long since been erased and which certainly didn't result in a CCJ. Tell them you will report them to the ICO if they fail to deal with this complaint properly, apologise for their data breach and confirm data erasure.
