Interesting about Mr F's Sunday blues. Reminded me that MrShores used to suffer from this especially towards the evening, probably job related I guess.
The phantom pooper 🤣🤣🤣. I have a whole murmuration of starlings that flock to the bird table these days - they really are highly social birds, its like the Hitchcock film. I've taken to feeding them mealworms because most of the seed seemed to end up wasted on the ground but there's so many of them it's becoming quite expensive. I was just reading that they like fruit so I'll look into that some more."Think of many things, do one"

Thanks for those recipes Fortune
Bread is really bad for being ultraprocessed - and I'm blaming the consumption of it since I discovered Olio for the weight I've gained. Hoping that not eating it will slowly reverse the issue!
Fascinating about Himalayan Balsam - it sounds like it'll be a great present (will now be educating myself on what it looks like in case I can make some too!).Mortgage free 16/06/2023! £132,500 cleared in 11 years, 3 months and 7 days

I have an appointment booked Beanie but it isn't until September. Just keeping up with the anti-inflammatories in the meantime.

I came across it on a canal walk one day and was intrigued by the flowers, which are beautiful and quite unusual, so I looked it up when I got home. One of the posts I read mentioned it's potential for colour-changing gin and I've been dying to try it ever since.

Definitely related to work @SandyShores - the Sunday Scaries/Blues are defined as 'feelings of anxiety or dread that happen the day before heading back to work'. I remember getting them from time to time when I worked full time. Mr F was getting them every Sunday evening 😲
I love starlings. They are the feeder bully boys of the bird world but I think murmuations are one of the most magical and enchanting sights in nature. I could watch them for hours.

I acquired some home-made bread yesterday @themadvix and it's delicious 😋 So much nicer than the shop bought and without a single ultra-processed ingredient. I'm forensically examining the contents of my fridge and cupboards now for additives. I'm rapidly becoming a UPF bore 😆
