Today's focus was on getting the spare room and bathrooms ready for mum to visit tomorrow, got a fair bit done but we still need to put door hooks up, pleat the curtains, and clean the bathroom (and then everything with the rest of the gaff but as long as she has somewhere acceptable to sleep and wash that's the main thing!)

Walk and beer with Mr PIP. Went mad and bought a daybed for the garden. Thought I'd treat myself to one big unnecessary thing to enjoy after all our years of striving to make money for this build! So you can expect winter to start in 5, 4, 3...

    Happy Friday all 🍻

That day bed purchase has made me smile all over my face! Well DONE that woman 👏👏👏👏👏 Very well deserved 😊❤️

Hope your mum enjoys her visit! It will be interesting to see what she makes of it and how the space feels to her.
